This is the first Dizzycast, the first of many I suspect. There is a great interview with Meg Lewellyn about her initial diagnosis, and how she currently treats pain with cannabis. Dizzy described one of her adventures, and then this is followed by a discussion about fatigue in MS. It is great to hear 3 different perspectives on fatigue, with fantastic contributions from Heather and Jen. Please take the time to listen, and share. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing it on your website Robert! Even though it should say fantastic contributions from Heather, Jen and I! 🙂 xxx
This is amazing! Great idea, great conversations which are really clear and informative. Will look forward to the next one! Hope you’re feeling well today xx
Thank you so much Angela. We’re really glad you enjoyed it. 😊hope you’re having a lovely day. 😊xxx
This is so awesome! I love how you do the voices for the storyline with Dizzy, then the sound effects (Dizzy will never get enough of those ginger nut biscuits!) You’ve done amazingly with this 🙂
Caz xx
Dizzy loves those ginger nut biscuits! Thank you so much for your lovely comments though and for taking the time to listen. 😊❤xxx
I’ve just arrived home from playing mommy bus driver and SUPER excited to listen! It seems like so long ago that we chatted and I can’t wait to hear what we talk about:) I’m less than 30 seconds in and just have to say “I LOVE YOUR ACCENT!!!” I seriously could listen to you ramble on all day:)
Thank you so much for having me on your first ever podcast – so excited for you!!!!
Cheers,
Meg (aka BBH)
It was ages ago! Our interview was the first thing I did for it! I hope you enjoy it. 😊let us know what you think at the end. 😊xxx
ONE word – BRILLIANT (but said in your lovely accent of course!) I have to say that all three of you sound so much smarter than me and my harsh American twang:) Maybe I should have stayed living in London:)
Once again, thank you so much for letting me be a part of this first episode! I am now headed off to pimp out Dizzy and the podcast:)
Cheers!
Meg
So glad you liked it! And definitely not! You also sounded very smart. 😊😄but really great information about using cannabis. I learnt loads from talking to you!
Thank you so much for being apart of it. We’ll have to have you back in the future for an update. Me and Dizzy would like that. 🙂xxx
Love this so much Heather, it turned out so well! Can’t wait to hear upcoming episodes and thank you so much for having me involved 🙂 xxx
Thanks Jen! Not perfect sound wise but for first one I thought not too bad! 😊🙄it was lovely having you involved with it. Let me know if you’d like to take part in future ones. 😊xxx
It sounded great! I would love to be involved in more just let me know 🙂 xx
Brilliant! 😊Will email you soon about it. 😊xxx
This is amazing! Having a bad fatigue day today, which means lying in bed listening to podcasts, so you couldn’t have timed this better! Looking forward to hearing more in the future, well done Dizzy (and Heather!) xxx
That is perfect timing! Your day sounds very similar to mine too. Just been lying in bed watching Netflix with the dog. 😊i’m really glad you enjoyed the episode and thank you for listening. 😊❤xxx
Thank you for all the sharing Meg!! 🙂 xxx
I love sharing!
Well done you, I loved your clear toned voice, great Dizzycast, the first of many 👍
Thank you so much and for taking the time to listen. 🙂 xxx
So great, so informative and easy to follow along! I don’t have MS but most of what was discussed crosses over to CFS too.
I’ve not tried CBD but I give it to my dog for arthritis and it definitely helps. He actually likes it because it just tastes like grass (I assume). It’s called vet•cbd if anyone is wondering and it comes in drops. His vet said it was okay and actually great because no side effects.
Thank you for sharing such great information in such an open and honest way!
Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to it! 🙂 That’s so interesting about your dog having CBD for his arthritis. I’m sure that information will be useful to lots of people, my old dog have arthritis for years.
Hope you’re having a lovely week! 🙂 xxx
I tried to play this last night but the Internet would not let me! You are a natural Heather. I so enjoyed the show. It was interesting to hear about Meg’s experience with cannabis, and I could also relate a lot to Jen and Robert and their experience of fatigue. xx
Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to it Brigid. We’re really glad you enjoyed listening to it aswell. 🙂 xxx
Excellent…informative, lively (felt like we were sitting around the table talking), and engaging…very professional sounding, too. Love the theme music you chose, too.
I think you upstaged Dizzy on this one, Heather!
🙂
Thank you so much Laura. We’re really glad you liked it and I was hoping for a sitting round a table talking feel to it. 🙂
I wont tell Dizzy you said I’ve upstaged her on this one though, she would not be impressed. 🙂 🙂 xxx
