It was World Smile Day yesterday! (We’ll just ignore the fact that me and Dizzy are a day late for this, we only found out yesterday that it even existed!) . We thought it was such a lovely day that we wanted to do a little post for it. 🙂
World Smile Day made us remember a little present that we got given earlier this year. A little Jar of Smiles! 🙂 We hadn’t yet properly looked at all the quotes in it so Dizzy thought this was a perfect time to raid the jar.
She also thought that she would pick out her 7 favourite quotes to share with you. 🙂
Dizzy would not be rushed this morning and spent ages carefully picking each quote out of the jar. 🙂

I loved it as a present! Think its such a lovely idea. They gave it to me to put on my desk at my new job for days that were abit of a struggle, but my new job didn’t come with a desk so they’ve just been sat on the shelf at home! xxx
Those are all lovely quotes. The smile jar is a great gift. Once my daughter gave me a jar full of things she loves about me. Reading those makes me smile. 😊

At the moment I’m smiling. Happy belated smile day to little dizzy and her lovely friend. Btw, not just the quotes, what made me smile is the cute and cozy looking bedsheet/blanket where dizzy is admiring her box of smiles. 🙂 I wannnn it so bad!

Both of these are my go too’s when I am struggling. If I feel down I pick myself up and start to really listen to someone else. That makes me smile. Being someone that can listen. I don’t do it often enough but if u can change a frown to a smile!!!!! Wow, what a moment it gives u warm fuzzies!!!
