  1. Hmm – slightly underbake my brownies to keep them extra gooey. It’s a choice, I swear. I also always add chocolate chips, even if a recipe doesn’t call for it. Dark chocolate cocoa and dark chocolate chips. Less migraine triggery than milk chocolate (though still follow portion control.) Those are the tips I can think of so far.

    1. Yeah, both coffee and chocolate are migraine triggers for me also…luckily I can squeeze past them if other factors aren’t mounting up…and then it’s worth the chance to indulge!

  2. Heather:
Thanks again for allowing me the privilege of sharing Dizzy with my slice of the blogosphere!
And Dizzy: Keep up the good work being a spokesDonkey advocating for educating others on life with MS.

  3. Just have to ask, did you make your Donkey or buy one already made? Before MS took away my hand coordination I used to sew and make things by hand for myself and other people. Kids love stuffed animals! Easy gifts to make if you have the time. Miss sewing.

    1. Dizzy was bought already made from the Donkey Sanctuary. I’m hopeless at knitting and sewing. I think we all love stuffed animals. 🙂 I still do at 28. 🙂 I’m sorry you’re not longer able to sew, what wonderful gifts to have made people though. Sending Dizzy hugs. xxx

Let us know your thoughts, they always make for a very happy Dizzy :)
