Dizzy has been a vey lucky Dizzy, as she was sent a selection of amazing CBD products from Naturecan a couple of weeks ago. We did take CBD a few years ago to help with our anxiety, but, before receiving these products, we had completely forgotten about all the amazing benefits that CBD can provide for people with and without chronic illnesses.
CBD can help with:
- Reducing anxiety and stress
- Creating a calm and relax mood
- Reducing PTSD symptoms
- Relieving pain
- Improving quality of sleep
CBD is a natural product, and therefore, it is unlikely to cause side effects in most people. However, it is always advisable when taking anything new to check with your health care practitioner first. 🙂
CBD also comes in a variety of different forms, which makes it perfect for different aliments and it is super easy to use.
CBD Oil
I think oil is the form most known, and it is really easy to take. It also means you have control over how much you consume and what parentage of CBD you want to be included – from 5% to 40%. These ones from Naturecan come with a brilliant little dropper and is the perfect size for fitting in our bag or packet to take out with us.
CBD Joint Balm
As you can see, Dizzy likes this one! She likes the little hat that comes with it, and it is super easy to use. This one not only helps to alleviate joint pain, but also aching muscles. We have been using it a lot the last week, as our MS has been making our arms and legs achy, and it has been really helping. It also smells amazing!
CBD Gummies
These are our absolute favourites – Dizzy even muttered something about liking them more than gingernut biscuits. Not only are they super delicious, but they come in cute little teddy bear shapes. We have been having a couple in the morning and before we go to bed, which has been helping us to feel much more relaxed throughout the day. They even make Sid fall asleep in the evening! They are also vegan friendly ones. 🙂
If you would like to check out any of these lovely products yourself, pop over to Naturecan here. 🙂 We love them all! 🙂 xxx
Heather, I’m glad you and Dizzy have a solution to make you feel relaxed and ready to take on the world. I’d be partial to the cute teddy bear variety being a teddy bear lover. I hope these CBD items are easily accessible to make your MS symptoms more bearable. {{{ Hugs }}}
I love teddy bears too! I have one that lives on my bed at my mum’s called Scruffy. 🙂 Do you have many teddy bears? xxx
I want to do a post about teddy bears one time at Christmas as I have a teddy bear tree my mom bought me. Heather … I have fifty-two teddy bears. I am spelling it out lest you think I made a typo!!!
Awww, that is adorable! I would love to read that blog post. Do all 52 teddy bears have names? 🙂 xxx
I am going to probably do it for Christmas in 2024 Heather. I want to have my bear Christmas tree in the post. It is a Boyd’s Bear ceramic Christmas tree with bears crawling up the sides of it to be the first to pin the star at the top. But my house is so messy and it is a small house, so I only have one place where I can put the tree. Plus my mom bought me a tapestry jacket of the tree, with the same bears all over it … so I thought I would make it a BEARy Merry Christmas post. I have to do it as a slideshow as I have so many photos of them.
