So this is going to be my page of Happy Healthy Stuff! 🙂 I’m a big believer in healthy type stuff making a difference with MS, both physically and mentally, so I hope you will find things on this page useful.
It’s currently in pre production but will contain simple recipes (because I’m really not the best cook in the world…), yoga practices, meditations and anything else happy and/or healthy I think would be good to share.
