Hi! So a little bit about me. I’m Heather, a 27 year old actor, teacher and MS Society Support Volunteer, who lives in England and was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. At the time I was thinking I would love to start blogging as a way of expressing my thoughts and feelings but the whole blogging world seemed a bit scary and getting back into life became the priority. During my current relapse, which has made me stuck at home for weeks with not much to do, the idea has came back to me, so here I am with my blog!

You may have guessed that I love donkeys and dinosaurs from my pictures. 🙂 I’m really not a fan of having photos taken of myself but I love photos and want to include some from my different MS adventures, so that’s why Dizzy has found herself apart of it. Dizziness and vertigo are also the MS symptoms that I struggle with the most and as my blog is about my life with MS it seemed appropriate to call her Dizzy.

I will also be posting foody, relaxation stuff and any exercising things I came across. I follow the OMS programme and am a big believer in a healthy lifestyle going some way to helping life with MS. So I hope these might be of some use to you too.

I’m also hoping to make connections with others so please feel free to get in touch, like and comment. 🙂 xx
