Me and Dizzy have been having a little think about what New Year Resolutions we would like for the coming year. 🙂 We were super healthy when we were first diagnosed with MS but during 2017 we got abit off track with it all. So our New Year resolutions are to get back on track with these! 🙂
- Healthy eating!
Even Dizzy’s agreed to try some healthy food this year! She’s not eaten any of the orange but she is at least looking at the orange. 🙂
2. 15 minutes of exercise everyday.
The donkeys are trying out different types for this one! I think this weight is a little bit heavy for them though. Dizzy’s ended up just sitting on it! 🙂
3. 10 minutes of meditation everyday.
4. Lots of rest!
To be honest we’re already pretty good at this one.. 🙂
5. Do things that make us happy! 🙂
6. Visit the donkeys at the Donkey Sanctuary! Dizzy’s getting ready for our little holiday already! 🙂
