We all get a little stressed every now and then. A little stress is perfectly normal but if you find yourself getting stressed quite frequently, then you need to consider the impact this can have on your health. Excessive stress can cause numerous problems for your physical and mental health. For those of you familiar with my blog, you might know that I have issues with anxiety myself. Iโ€™ve made a concerted effort over the last year to try and manage my stress more effectively so I thought I would share my tips and tricks with you all.

    It can get rather difficult to live in the present when life gets crazy but I agree, if you always have a sense of mindfulness, it will help you deal with the everyday stresses to avoid the negative impacts that is has on us. Thanks for sharing.

        I can definitely relate, if it’s not one thing it’s another. Life is chaotic, no way around that thats, just gotta keep on plunging through and see the good in everyday. The fact that your aware of such and try to find little reminders huge in itself ๐Ÿ˜„
